The record of his marriage does not list his father, but Pierre and his wife Marie Laurans do appear at a number of baptisms and other family events along with other families of the same descendancy. In this scenario, we note thatPierre's marriage was only a few months after the death of his father, a favorite time for marriage. The late marriage makes his early death more plausible.
